20 kpps galvo power supply question?

Hi All,

First of all, I am new to this forum and am very excited to have found this community! I am currently working on building my first laser projector. I bought a 20 kpps laser galvo scanner on ebay from China. There were no specs for the power supply included in it and the seller is not getting back to me. I was wondering if anyone may have used this same set for their projects and might know the specs. I basically want to know what the input voltage is for it.

+/-15VDC supply. These small switching power supplies will typically accept 90-240VAC. What country are you in - what is your line voltage? It blows my mind you can buy a closed loop XY scan set for $78 that probably performs as well as the G100PD's we used in the '70's that cost a couple of grand! A hobbyist's dream come true.

Located in the United states so 120VAC. Appreciate the help!
