Hi Guys,
We have made the 465nm blue lasers. The specifications data are as belows
Beam Size <4mm
Beam Divergence(full angle) <1.2x0.4mrad
Output Power >1500mW
Operation Mode CW or Modulation Analog/TTL
Beam Height 25mm
Power Stability <3% per 4 hrs
Temperature Stabilizing TEC
Warm Up Time <1 minute
MTTF 10,000 hr
My eyes can see the colors different from 445nm, though my iphone can't distinguish the beams. Cleverly It distinguishes the colors of spots very clear- the navy blue from deep blue.
The power is 1.58W at 1.6A. We reached 1.66W at 1.665A. We will test the availability at 1.8A. How much power do you calculate it will be? I will reveal it soon
The longest wavelength is 466nm in the batch. The first comers can choose the longest. Who interested PM me for price.
The laser module has heatsink type and OEM type for choice. They both have TEC(peltier) cooling to maintain the diodes at 20degreeC. They are compact. Their baseboard sizes are same 114x44mm .
Thanks for looking!
David
