the fact that you don't understand suggests you don't realize these laser gloves could blind people.

What he means is that your gloves are illigal and dangerous and is therefore questioning the safety.
Hope you can return that stock of 100 units and get your money back.. because you shouldn't sell these and will not be able to sell these here.
In fact selling these could damage your reputation as a respectable laser company.. there have been many conflicts involving these.
