    Ok then...

I though that with a 3*5 beams array you would be under 10*10mm with 4.6 or 6 mm FL lenses !

no, that's not how using telescopics works

you cant put a small beam into telescopics and get an even smaller beam out

If multi mode diodes are so good why hasn't kvant, rgb and arctos switches?
so 15x single mode beams are going to be smaller than corrected multimode beams?

with multi mode its also about beam quality, multi mode are messy as shit.

single mode are lovely perfect round dots

ya but you are going to have 15 dots, so 15 parallel beams, which inevitability will have some space between them... not sure if that is really more desirable than a "messy" diode(s)???

and by that train of thought you are going to have to make a high power single mode blue and green module, that's going to get real big real fast

I am not trying to be a pain I have just been out of the loop for a while and trying to absorb all the new stuffs going on

but with spaces between each beam the final output beam is still only 5mm and at distance all dots are over lapped so its only a single dot.
