Default Rebuilt RGB pojector 1 Watt

Here is my new optics table I just finished for my projector. It will replace the 400mw RGB one that is in there now. This has 330mw 532, 460mw 660, and right now 120mw of 473 for 900 mw total. As soon as funds are avabile I will upgrade the blue to 200mw or so.

    Thumbs up

That's lookin nice man! Is it "running" at the moment? I'm curious as to how much you need to turn that green down for a nice white. What are the measurements on that breadboard? It looks nice and tight.

The red power is going to govern how much green you need.

Id say you will have to run the green at <100mw

Running at full power it is slightly a greenish white but not as much as I thought it would be its really not too bad. Once I get it installed I will adjust it with Pangolin for a nice white but run them full power for beams.

Nice set ! I see you have the new higher power 225 mW units from Marconi....wish I had one more to run mine at full tilt and have good white balance. Right now 532 is around 80mw or so and 387mw of red, 473nm turned down to around 170mW for a nice white......Yup I have more 473 to go....usually around 265 to 280mW @ 5 v on the modulation line. Sadly enough my DAC will not go the full 5 on output.

    10.5" X 10.5" with a 5.5" X 4.5" piece cut out to fit in the case.

Looking good Fred. And with the ability to adjust each frame for either high power or full balance in pangolin, it should look great when its done! Are you going to build a new enclosure or use the one we saw at FLEM?

I am using the one you saw at FLEM. Adam is getting my old optics table so now he will have RGB as well.

Awesome! And with all of us having pangolin and white lights, me thinks FLEM II is going to be intense!
