they were either built by andy c or simon , not sure now
i shall need to investigate into older emails etc but in the meantime

What are the diodes inside ?

I guess the two firsts are 1.8 mrad and third has lower divergence since it is prism corrected ?

Do they have active cooling ?

From the look of them, I'd say not, but they appear to have substantial baseplates so it shouldn't be an issue.

In fact, even over driving multiple diodes, I'm still to find a situation where thermal control becomes an issue.
