Laserwave 532nm 3 watt dpss

this is a Laserwave 3 watt 532 laser system.
it has around 250 hrs of use (or less), I replaced it because it now lases barely.
it is putting out around 15mW , with a solid single beam, im not sure what is wrong with it (either a bad KTP) or (bad pump diode).
I have no time to mess with it, but maybe someone is looking for a project??
the power supply and fans and lights all boot up normally, just a problem in the head/ module.

anyways, if someone is interested in fixing it, shoot me an offer.

all the internals appear to be "serviceable", not cheaply glued together...
