I really like this. I wonder if the price is unapproachable. Eight to eighteen weeks of work on a piece is a lot of time and if his stuff has some recognition then...well.
I'm seeing one gallery that indicates they range between $5,500 and $50,000.
Well out of my budget for an ornament, but they look great.
Mounted on a rotating table in sunlight or a spot would make for a nice decoration.
I was skeptical, but those are beautiful.
I have seen some of this in person and to say that it is breath taking is an understatement aside the second thought of shining a laser though it!

Gorgeous work! The artist was informative and appeared to admire his own work to an almost humorous level. Perhaps with a name like Jack Storms, one is destined to fall in love with oneself??
