Easylase and Mamba problem

I got more than 1 problem.
I have 2 EasyLase USB DAC, the first one works OK with my old computer running Mamba Black.
The second Easylase got a strange problem, if I draw something in mamba 100% of the window, only 30% scale inside the main window will appear on the laser output.
So basically everything I draw inside 30% of the main draw window will be OK, but everything outside this will only appears as straight lines on the outer walls!!!

This does not happen to the other DAC.
Any ideas what is going on there ?

Second issue is that when I try to run Mamba III and both easylase is plugged in, I got errormsg: "Easylase xxxxxx is in use by another application" any ideas why this happens ?

And on my other computer, when I try to run Mamba, and easylase is plugged in and installed, Mamba Black tell me "there is NO output detected" !!!


Any clue what to do here ?

the lack of support from Medialas is poor, I did also buy MIII because they stopped updating Mamba Black. But that was a mistake. And I guess Easylase is to old to get any help using.

btw, is there anyone out there that have the Easylase II with DMX output ?
I wonder about upgrading my DAC controllers, and wonder what to buy.
