What I can understand so far, the below email is scamming email.


laserspace@msn.com is not our email, Ella has MSN messager account mailto:laserspace@msn.com.CN 2 years ago but it is no longer available in China.
We are thinking that the previous email mailto:laserspace@msn.com.CN are stolen.

He/she is sending emails by a special way, to many persons: undisclosed-recipients


Lightspace always use our company email with EIGHTONLIGHT.CN ending.


Lightspace don't have someone called Ellan, and he/she is stating from laser space limited.
(mostly he/she is pretending as Ella)


Lightspace did have a special offer to the market of some developing markets last year, but no sale in 2015 yet! And his/her sale at March 11, is a New Year Promotional Offer
but sarcastically it later states as Christmas offer.


I don't know what is his/her motivation to send this email yet, but I am sure this is not from Ligthspace!!!


2 years ago, one of our customer met the email scamming, he was talking to someone who pretend as Lightspace(from Thailand), and sending the money to cheater's account. He losed money and got no reply since then.


So far, you are the first one telling me about getting this kind of email!

Wow! How did I miss this earlier?

Folks, for those of you who don't know him, "LightspaceUSA" is none other than Walt Meador, formerly of "Laser Rentals Inc:", now doing business as "LightspaceUSA". He's been in the industry for quite a while and he's definitely been around the block more than a few times. I've rented equipment from him before (and am currently negotiating a contract with a client that will have me renting from him again), and he is a 100% straight-up honest businessman.

So welcome to PhotonLexicon, Walt! Sorry that your first post had to be something negative, but yeah, Lightspace has had several problems with people impersonating them using false e-mail addresses recently. Hopefully by now the word has gotten out, but the point bears repeating: always verify the e-mail address! If it didn't come from the eightonlight.cn domain, it didn't come from Lightspace in China.
