Hello, friends.
That think about these scanners.
Has someone proved them? Better that DT-40 pro?
Best Regards.

It's a pretty picture. The scanners also look like a rip off of EyeMagic's EMS4000.
http://www.goldenstarlaser.com/ems5110-p-504.html list a price of $450 for two scanners, power supplies, and a beam kill.
It also has EyeMagic's copy from this page, http://www.eyemagic.gr/laser-scanners.html except exclusions and typos...
On this page, http://www.goldenstarlaser.com/i-mag...b01-p-500.html goldenstarlaser refers to it as an "I MAGIC EMS-4000 B01" at $500
The goldenstar pages say "This product was added to our catalog on Wednesday 24 July, 2013.", but I cant find evidence of that on the way back machine...
It's things like this that make me sad to be a human being...
"There are painters who transform the sun into a yellow spot, but there are others who, with the help of their art and their intelligence, transform a yellow spot into the sun." Pablo Picasso
..Uh, *ahem* running out the door, but I can quickly help with this..
..that's because they Are an EMS Product - by EMS - and just using the 4000-series Body - including the amp, all-inside.. Pretty badass, imho.. There's a bit more 'tech info', here: http://www.onestoplasershop.com/scanners.htm (..scroll-down till you find them..)
...I believe they are slated to be EMS's 'answer to the Pango 506' (small-footprint / still good-performance..) though, arguably, the 506 probably whips these puppies' arse, in a 'top-end performance-capability shootout' (..I've, myself, seen the 506's doing better than 40K at 30˚+.. But, unfortunately, you can 'think what you thought', because EMS does a *pretty lousy job* of updating their Site / New Product Sales-info / Tech info, etc.. (Come on, EMS, fix that *!! BUT...
..to EMS's credit, at least the 5100s are a *complete product*, ready to ship, and come w/ the PSUs, etc, w/O having to deal with making up 'Frankenamps'.. Certainly a solid point in EMS's corner, since, at 'this level of scanning' (not everyone needs 'True-60K', etc, etc..) these should be more-well than 'good enough', and - from what I have heard from Users - they will Outperform, and Outlast the 'DTs'..
Very eager, myself, to put the 5100s to the test.. And - 506s, with OEM Amps *coff coff*
fwiw..

....and armed only with his trusty 21 Zorgawatt KTiOPO4...
suppose you're thinkin' about a plate o' shrimp. Suddenly someone'll say, like, plate, or shrimp, or plate o' shrimp out of the blue, no explanation. No point in lookin' for one, either. It's all part of a cosmic unconciousness.
Hello.
I hope that they are not one it defrauds; though I think that it is not like that, they come from Greece and I hope that they come next week.
He was doubting between these and the DT-40, I wait not to have been wrong. : Confused2:
Excuse my expression, I do not know his language and use a translator.
Best Regards.

Dsli-jon is totally right. They are Eyemagics. Because there is a demand for smaller footprint scanners he developed the 5110 that has the drivers inside. Goldenstar sells them as an alternitive for the DT40. Although they are a bit more expencive they are far better. The shutter in front of it is a Nano-act is also developed by Eyemagic and is there latest product.
Hello, Gary.
I want to put everything in a base of aluminium (6mm) of 400 x 280mm.
I am interested that all the components are small.
Cordial Regards.
Juanma.
You will get small here. 9x9cm in footprint for everything. :-)
