starting Beyond with a certain cue automatically selected ?

Hi Guys,

Is it possible to give parameters to startup beyond with a certain cue playing ?
Like a batchfile with beyond.exe -startupcue:examplecue1 or something alike.
So that it starts auto playing that particular cue.

I can make windows login automatically
I can startup Beyond in the startup folder i guess
Would be nice if you can have it autoplay a sequence ?

That setup i used before was indeed very nice (FB3-SE with memory card inserted) worked flawlessly for 44 days in a row, with startup and shutdown once a day.
Now the client wants a countdown clock, but after 18 days it needs to be changed to 24 hour clock count.
So i made this laptop remotely controllable, but want to make sure when poweroutage occurs i dont have to drive 200KM to client location to just press power on ;-)

I think you could do it with Pangoscript. I don;t have beyond in front of me but I am sure there is a window that that you can enter the code into so it will execute upon startup.

Have you considered the Etherdream Dac for this application? I've not looked into it extensively but understand that it is a very flexible platform, with lots of upgrade possibilites - ideal for a haxor like you :P

Where X is the page and Y the cue number

Has to be as above - remove the // lines at the start of "Autostart" for start on boot up (otherwise it waits for the script to be manually activated) and as a matter of neatness I always remove the guidance dialogue at the end.

Here's a screenshot with the // in front of Autostart removed but the other dialogues left in (thought it might help for anyone that doesn't follow the above as scripting can be confusing so far as sorting out what is part of the script and what is part of the dialogue is concerned):
