Yep, the Ship have screwed Dimmers over. He definitely had a room booked, I think it was the day after me that he booked it. When he rang to confirm it they've told him they have wedding guests booked in! Utterly unbelievable, words fail me

I've started asking for room confirmation in writing (which I got this time). I guess that makes it more difficult to pull a fast one...

Hmmm, here we go again - I have my booking in writing so I will check today.... There is also the possibility that I will already be in a hotel not too far with work anyway in which case dimmers can have my room as I don't mind the half hour drive.
