40-50mw 800-850nm IR lasers

First time poster - (Australia)

I'm looking for a quality source (qty: <10) TO-18 laser diodes
40-50mw in 810-850nm range... Infra-Red

Used / NOS stock is ok, as long as they're clean and working !
Spec sheet would be good if they're oddballs (!)
