THIS has to be the absolute mother of all breadboards. Someone's gonna get a bargain.

Cool re: 4ft by 10 ft drilled & tapped optical table on E-bay

    1 foot thick! 1000 pounds!

It would crash through the floor of my house... Well, maybe not, but the legs would need 2 foot square plates on them to spread the load out. Sheesh! What a monster.

(And you're right - someone is going to get one hell of a deal!)

Yeah, Im gunna watch it..I need a bigger table anyway.
    Ive bought from Stan before..
In fact my first 300mW green DPSS laser was built from crystals from him.
Id say he does come across some great stuff.
I dont know him well, but weve talked a few times, seems to know his sh*t.

Hey Chuck, I`ll go half on it with you and we can cut it into two 4x5 foot tables then it will only be 500lbs ea. What do you think?

Hehe, cutting up that heavy thick thing would be a bear.
Hell just getting that into the shop would be a feat and a half.
At least then it would only weight 500lbs..
    But thats a possibility
