Question SELEM 2015 shirt design ideas?

Hey folks! Anyone have an inspiration for this year's SELEM shirt design? Max area for the design is a circle ~ 3.5 inches in diameter, with a maximum of 12 colors.

I'll be thinking about it. This is SELEM 9 right?

OK here are a couple I came up with. Mostly the same concept with different fonts, but it's something.

Stealing Chris's theme, how about a QR code?

Except apparently QR codes don't work in the negative.

I like the QR code idea if it worked in negative. Maybe added to the end of a traditional logo linking you to PL. Also I'm not sure the embroidery machine would be able to stitch a functional QR code.

That was my first idea. It then evolved when I started looking through the 1500 fonts I have. I ended up with around 10 but only posted 4.
I'm not sure why the red line through the letters is thinner than the rest. I drew them in Corel and they looked fine, but when I posted them they got thinner. If it is chosen I will fix it.

The QR code is a really cool idea. Could it be done with an opposing color background to prevent it from being a negative? Or.... there are those who have expressed interest in a light colored shirt (although I understand the need and actually prefer black). I'd be willing to jump on the light colored shirt bandwagon for one year.

So far I like Chris' second from the top suggestion. I'm not sure I get the QR codes. Would it link to the SELEM thread on PL or something else? Would we expect someone to scan the PR code off the shirt?

Me too. I've got 4 black SELEM shirts already. I live in South Carolina and the season for short sleeve black shirts is short as its either too hot or too cold. I know this discussion went quickly to what would have been an ordering nightmare for Adam last year, so if we do a different color, I think it has to be one style, one color. ('You can have any color and style as you'd like as long as its a white polo'. )

We can switch to white if you'd like. I might even be able to offer two colors (white or black). Need to check with the shirt people first though.

I'm in agreement that the Chris' second design is the best so far, but I'd like to see more color in the logo. We can have up to 12 different colors.
