    Default price drop-M140 & A-series 445nm diodes

Got another projector tore down that I managed to snag on fleabay. This one had 0 hours on it, so the diodes are brand new! Unfortunately I got the newer M140 model that not only comes with 23 diodes instead of 24, but instead of having 6 A-series diodes in it...it had 8. Tear. That's OK though, it just means prices aren't as low as I originally hoped.

I also have the red PT-54 (12W) LED from the projector, same LED with a different heatsink from a different projector

    Prices:
    M140's: $̶3̶4̶ $30 per diode
    1.8W "A series" M140: $̶2̶4̶ $22 per diode
    PT-54 LED's: 8$ each

    -All diodes are tested working.
-First come first serve This is on two forums, so if you want something don't faff around and get mad when it's not there later

Shipping: to the U.S. will be 3$, or you can opt for priority (2 day) for $5.50.

..Oh, there's Interest, just no spare quid, at the moment..

Question for clarity: So, these "A-series" (..and Yes, I DID read all your notes / DTR's notes, etc..) Are, in-fact, M140-diodes, that *don't* have the 'extra circle-mark above the bar-code' on the diode-base, and therefore, are classified as 'lower-binned' M's, that top-out at about 1.8W, correct?

..And - the ones you are calling "M-Series", are, indeed, 'true' 2W diodes, both sporting the 'extra circle-ID', as-such (and extra bond-wires, etc..) thus, ones that will *definitely* do a solid 2.2 - 2.5W, 'within spec' / w/O being whipped to death, Yes?

..lemme know, Very-interested in about 10x of the 2W M's.. just waiting on Client $$.. Good thing I don't have to actually hold my breath, I'd be dead several-x over.. +_+

    Thx..

Yea thats correct. The ones I label as M's have the circle and truly are M diodes. I call the others A series because I personally don't think they are just low binned M's I could be wrong of course, just how I myself call them.
