Default A duel red I am working on

I am working on a duel dvd red. There is a lid and I have left room for the driver board in the top, I just haven't designed it yet so i don't know where the mount tabs and to220 heat-sink area is going to be. It is adjustable without opening the unit. the collimator holes on the side will have a rubber plug of some sort.

The unit is 2"x2"x1" and can mount to a standard 1" spacing breadboard. It will be milled from billet 6061. I am thinking about making a longer version and build in a ~30 mw green module and put my 404nm violet as well to give me RGV?

I am going to try and find some time next week and mill it out, I will let you know how it goes. Steve-o , I drew it yesterday and it was done in solidworks.

Is that all one piece? How are you planning to mill out the bottom of the flexure mount? Use a ball mill?

Actually it is two pieces. The bottom 1/8 is a separate plate, I just haven't split it yet . I have to do this because I need to mill .015 out of the bottom plate so the flexure mount has some room to move.

And yes I was planning on using a ball for the bottom of the mount.
