I don't know, it is a store in CA, called" DiscoLight 88 Mall", they sell kimlaser. then I search kimlaser on internet.
I have seen their certificate, it is legal. I think it is distributor of kimlaser.

I presume as well you've seen it's certificate that allow anyone to legally audience scan in the US....
