I've been watching these for a while in the photonics literature. Good company, good specs with an emphasis on big beams as opposed to tiny mirrors and super fast (small step response time) and very large aperture mirrors available. I assumed they would be EXTREMELY expensive. I never went so far as to get a quote.
They are undoubtedly focused on the manufacturing market.
Take a look at the specs for Cambridge:

The two numbers that really matter are the small step response and resonant frequency or if you can't get that, the rotor inertia.
Selective laser sintering and photolithography.
The sticker price for the ones with the digital position sensor would be amazing. They.also made/make them for internal use
With a interferometric position sensor for the large ones. I'VE seen them in a SLS machine.
