Good point.
Funny thing is, I sometimes miss the old DOS days and Windows 3.1 or, wait for it... Windows for Workgroups. I KNEW how to deal with those and fix all that stuff. I was everyone's go to guy for troubleshooting. Now??? I gave up somewhere around Millenium Edition or 95.

In a popular government when the laws have ceased to be executed, as this can come only from the corruption of the republic, the state is already lost. Montesquieu
The first time I saw windows I threw up a little. Then when it crashed I threw up some more. In fact I threw up a lot between windows runtime 2.11 386 and when stability began to arrive at WinXP. You could say my interaction with early Windows drove me into the elegant, waiting arms of SunOS 4.1.3. Since I built my career in Unix, I guess ultimately have Windows' crappiness to thank. So, thanks for being crappy, Windows!
None of my laser shows run off of a PC -- is that weird or what .. but they always work .. all of the time .. :-O
Hi there is a program on the showportal which will help you. Look in utilities there is a net program.
The time issue is related to a couple of things: It's saved as time based it takes to scan the frames possibly and not frame based.
Another thing is
Right click the cue and then playback in QS
Then look at the timecode from the show in the original software and type that in directly.. the framerate isn't always exactly 29 or 30 or 60 fps.. especially with long shows.. which ever that might be in any software you should ALWAYS do this.
I think Brad just needed a hug...

I didn't make the jump to the Win-tel architecture until 1997, and even then it was only because the college courses I was taking required a Windows box. Prior to that I was a die-hard Amiga fan. I've owned every Amiga ever made save for the original 1000, the 2500, and the 4000T. (My 4000 was a desktop, but I did have a Warp Engine '060 in it.)
Man, I sure do miss those days.
