My experiences with them were both heads they sent out as new with a hot window. First one they did nothing about and we just kept the power low and suffered for the project. Second one we returned under warranty (at our expense!) and they returned to us with the same problem (again at our expense). These were expensive heads. I will never do business with them again, and don't recommend them to anyone.
