yes we can (analog)...
but... for 1148 USD ...
we can buy: 30K chinese scanner (200USD) + 1W 520nm diode (250 USD) + 1.6-1.8W M462 462nm laser diode (70 USD) + 2x oclaro 700/637nm (50USD)
to this moment, we spend: 570USD ... and another 578USD left to 1148
578 - (what we need): drivers (140USD for RGB+TEC with electronic shutter / sbs & 150KHz analog
[ yes its my construction ]) + F2mm 80USD + beamsplitter 20USD + polarisation rotator 60USD + 3EGL for 462nm and 520nm... 10USD (?) + TEC (5USD?) + some aluminium ... 20USD? + diode housings 40USD... yeah... we need power supply too... 20USD... + cylindrycal lens set to correct beam from red diodes 80USD...
to this time we spend about 1050USD, shure, we can get some things cheaper... but we have nice white color balance, with 4W at output and 30K scanner - we still need case and DMX(if someone is using it) for that laser... and about 100 hours to finish it
but... hey ... about 100 USD left (with amazing specs in compare to previous one)
with all respect, i understand that you are not doing your lasers for free but... TTL ? and 2W blue in 3W RGB ? i think its misunderstanding here
2008-2009: 473nm 50mW; 80mW 532nm; 200mW 655nm @ 18K scanners and full analog modulation... sweet
