Where to buy the best driver for your module? - Make it yourself!

My solution (not only for this project) -
3 channel diode driver (highside design) + 1 channel TEC driver (highside design)

Specs: 3A/diode channel, 250ns rise time (500khz bandwidth), overmodulation (5.2v+) clipping, low thermal drift, SBS, etc
8A/TEC channel, 60Khz PWM with optimized PID table

I requested it like that, personal preference. At the time it seemed simpler, a little more compact and I already have the dichros and mounts in the projector.

I don't like do it on Thursday - project needs in very special 3.5mm EFL lenses for red. I don't see them, but I have to glue them

The beams are stacked and fit into the 5x5mm area. They can be stacked denser, but there is no point in making this beam thinner than blue.


Now I know why someone did the square glass ))


The beam size @7 meters distance, it is likely that the divergence is better than 0,9mrad (full angle). It's just 0.22mrad in quarter angle, hahahaha
