Default Another one RB 445/637nm module build (with single-mode red)

    Previously

    Hi guys,
This time I decided to make the module with more better divergence specs. As usual, I will use my own hardware, drivers etc

    To start a few renderings:

Eight single-mode diodes stacked into a one array, two NDB7875 combined using polarization method.

This is not the final design, afterward I had to use a phase rotators, instead a wave plates ((

A bit later I'll post the actual hardware photos and assembling process...

    Some hardware porn ))

For red array I'll use one of my diode housings

Presses like. Very neat and smart looking housing plus diode blocks.

Where to buy the best driver for your module? - Make it yourself!

My solution (not only for this project) -
3 channel diode driver (highside design) + 1 channel TEC driver (highside design)

Specs: 3A/diode channel, 250ns rise time (500khz bandwidth), overmodulation (5.2v+) clipping, low thermal drift, SBS, etc
8A/TEC channel, 60Khz PWM with optimized PID table
