    Default New PL Logo

So, how about a contest to see who can improve on the current Photon Lexicon logo on the main welcome page? I figured for starters how about some color:

So what will you win if yours is the best? Absolutely nothing from me! Maybe if yours is the best we could all ask the leader of this forum to post it on the welcome page. Anyway, here is the .ild file that I modified, courtesy of the Admin. Thanks!

Well, I'll put the winning logo on the IldaViewer application I have in this forum. So, if you'd like your artwork to be in a computer program now is your chance.

    Cool

    Good job Dave!

I agree with Cruch - the bottom two are the best. I can't decide if I prefer the blue text with the red outline or the red text with the blue outline. But they sure look great!

What are you talking about? Are you saying that the image looks like it has flicker, or that you are surprised that there isn't any flicker?

Either way, you really can't tell flicker in a static image. As long as the whole pattern is drawn at least once while the shutter is open you'll see an unbroken line. Since the picture was taken in total darkness the shutter was probably open quite long.
