To start i was repairing a 200mw green dpss that had a failed c-mount diode but when trying to get to the laser i broke the TEC in half, so i whenty to a non working crystalaser to get it's two tec that are the same size and broke the one on the crystal so my final option was the tec for the diode, i unscrewed the whole thing and dunked it into paint stripper for two days and that did work, it ate the epoxy off, i still had to cut the diode mount off till the weakened epoxy finally failed and popped off .

What i am wondering about is what ways to you guys part these out or try to save them? or have a source for ones that do sheer apart?
