Default Full Diode 3W RGB in progress

A year ago i have sold all my laser stuff. Nowadays i started to feel regret.
I'm still addicted to DIY and in lasers.
I've start a new project : three mini 3W RGB lasers.
    The cases are almost done.
    Their dimensions are (H) 165 x (W) 225 x (D) 190 mm
I'd like to use PT-30k galvos.
All diode system with 1-1-1 Watt of RGB (multimode diodes 462nm blue 2 x P73 red and NDG7475 greenie all lens correction and spatial filter)

I don't have all the things yet but the FB3 is on the way to me from rMuD.
I'm planning to use two FB3s
    Here is my progress:

I am thinking you will have difficulties with using the same lens to correct red and blue, in my experience it has been a different spacing.

My old R/B compact module had use that setup and the there was no difficulties with that. The combining dichro was glued after perfect align of overlapping the beams.
As I remember the divergence was not so much bad with 3 layers DTR collimators (<1.2-1.5mRad equals to the CNI DPSS green)
It's about cost -, space effectiveness you know

If you want to share correction optics, you should consider correcting blue&green, afterwards (or starting with red) add red with its own correction. Green n blue share similar specs... reds are really another beast. The goal is to achieve similar divergence for them all.
