If there was a song available in two versions, with and without lyrics, what would you chose for a beam show?

I think most people would opt for the one without lyrics. I've done shows to both and find more of mine have had lyrics but, I can see the ease of not having them.

suppose you're thinkin' about a plate o' shrimp. Suddenly someone'll say, like, plate, or shrimp, or plate o' shrimp out of the blue, no explanation. No point in lookin' for one, either. It's all part of a cosmic unconciousness.
I was feeling the same way. Part of the music was in a Youtube video I watched. Luckily it was long a clear enough to Shazam it.
It all depends on whether the lyric is iconic and makes the song or not.
E.g. Leftfield's Open Up without the John Lyddon lyric would be significantly less appealing (imho)
If you were doing the original Chris Isaac version then I'd say it should have the lyric. In some regards, most pop/rock stuff is defined by the lyric, less so with the dance music genres, where the lyric was often added later as a way get it to more popular charts (and there have been some criminally poor lyrics added to fairly good tunes in the past)

You are using Bonetti's defense against me, ah?
I thought it fitting, considering the rocky terrain.
I don't think her version is related to the one Chris Isaak did. Stone Sour did one similar to his though.
The lyrics and her vocals are bad.. I would go instrumental here.
I don't like that track that much though really poor choice of snare and the chippy like synth is really out of place.
