Default Looking for sturdy Pelican case or similar for my projector?

Hello, not sure where would be a good place to start. I'm trying to fit my projector roughly 9" cube into a nice sturdy case so I can take it between my home/apartment etc. I've looked at Pelican cases and those seem very nice would be nice to also have some extra space for a few tools/db25 cable/extension cord and such. Just looking for someone that can point me in a good direction to purchase something like this. Much appreciated.

At SELEM this year we just transplanted my RGB projector into a "Seahorse" case (very similar to Pelican).

I got it here: http://www.carrycasesplus.com/seahorse-cases/ They have lots of sizes and options.

This is the case I used: http://www.carrycasesplus.com/seahor...es/se-630.html but that's probably bigger than what you're looking for. It worked out great for my needs.

This might be a good size for 9" square: http://www.carrycasesplus.com/seahor...es/se-540.html

I cut out the area under the rear hinge for the beam output, and cut small holes for DB25 and power connectors on the side.

Hey thanks Hank! I did look at a few including the one you mentioned, does this mean the interior dimensions become even smaller once you put foam inside?

Or try trifibre flightcases... They do similar with custom foam for a bit more
If in doubt... Give it a clout?

Not many at eekbay ATM unless you can afford the high price.
lots of gig boxes end up at pawnshops- some place those on greedbay.
I was shown one only because I asked about any in the 'back' he came out
with one that had a used mixer inside and was willing to sell just the case
but it was not my 'size'. found a biggish pelican case at a thrift shop full of old clothes
    got it for 9$usd iirc.

Carefull with CPC version ....(External Depth 310mm,= too big, External Width 610mm = too big , External Height 430mm= OK)
    Ejet & Ryan hand luggage = "ONE cabin bag up to a maximum size of 56 x 45 x 25cm "

This will cost you more than the case itself on a return flight!

    Cheers
