In addition to old lasers, the Vintage Laser Archive collects related components and accessories to add context and make an eventual public display more interesting. Just added is the Gaertner Scientific adjustable post holder on magnetic base from the '60s seen here. If anyone knows of more of these somewhere (especially in this condition), please let me know.

Other examples from the '60s or very early '70s are also below. They include a Leybold-Heraeus optics kit, mag bases from Modern Optics (first to make honeycomb steel top tables), laser mounts from Optics Technology Incorporated, a unique laser focusing lens from Spacerays, components from Edmund Scientific, argon laser goggles from American Optical, and a filter set from Optics Technology. This kind of stuff usually gets tossed in the dumpster when a lab gets cleaned out, but I dig it!
