Dubious about this laser for sale in the shops

I was shopping in The Range today (UK home bargain superstore) and noticed coherent spots of light on the wall; I traced it back and found this, the packaging indicates it as a Class 1 Laser <1mW output, but also lists it as 300mW red and 100mW green (I think they were the numbers); given that I could see individual spots of green light on a wall ~100ft away in a brightly lit store, I have serious doubts that it meets 1mW/cm2, so I would guess the Class 1 labelling is totally bogus.

It's very likely, but I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't the case either. If you split 100mW into many beams each could be less than 1 mW/cm2.
