Hi Paul,

just got the pointer in the mail today and I must say it is an excellent little laser. Very bright spot that is even visible in sunlight across the street. It has a nice solid feel to it and as far as I can tell great beam specs. Looking forward to playing with it tonight under a starry sky!

BTW I don't know how tight aberdonians can be but setting up this competition with this prize does not seem very tight to me. I thought it was a great initiative from you starting this in the first place and yes, even if I hadn't won I would still think so

It's a myth. I rarely met an ungenerous Scot. I'm only 1/8th Scottish so I doubt I can be accused of bias. The only true Scottish claim to shame is the deep fried Mars Bar. There was no call for that.
