They use the word "hologram" to describe a reflection in a window because the world doesn't have a word for "reflection in a window". It's ridiculous if you're one of the microscopic number of people on the planet who know what a hologram actually is, and really sucks if you're one of the femtoscopic number of people who try making a living making holograms.

that's a tidy profit of about 875$ per unit!

    i'm in the wrong business!
suppose you're thinkin' about a plate o' shrimp. Suddenly someone'll say, like, plate, or shrimp, or plate o' shrimp out of the blue, no explanation. No point in lookin' for one, either. It's all part of a cosmic unconciousness.

Hey bill I know how this is done
Also the program used here is MikuMikuDance
    It's available for free here:
    http://www.geocities.jp/higuchuu4/index_e.htm
I recommend the DX9 version not the first one as its outdated.
I recently made a Pangolin laser intergration for it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gHbvpxkmPsE
It's amazing software on top of it being really fast HD realtime rendering and video rendering with realtime physics there is also kinect support, many 3D rigged models and motion data including professional motion capture.

Also expensive.. being ripped off there man
It's 4 fast rendered viewports from the program of one of those pre-made motion sequences and basically a display is at the top showing the angles from the 4 angles. In the center the pyramid is positioned and
the relection from the display is seen on each of the 4 sides individually.
