Cicadas here live on a 17 year cycle, only coming to the surface to mate and die for two weeks. We have say three groups on different cycles.
The big, crunchy, Cicadas have passed on to eternity, their offspring now underground, and their remains swept off the sidewalks and parking lots.
No one is stepping on them now, and shoes are cleaner...The loud chirping of millions of bugs is over.. Till we meet them again..

    Nice to hear!

Have you by chance already tested them? I haven't received mine yet and I'm not home for a week (strangely it was faster to ship to US from Austria than to Switzerland!!)

    Got mine today...
Some one should tell the Austrians that their declaration has "TMI" issues, US Customs could have had a field day taxing me at the optical scientific instrument rate with all that data.
    Thankfully it came straight through.

I haven't even taken them out of the package yet. I don't think I even have a 462 diode yet. But I have a couple hundred bucks tied up in fingernail sized bits of glass for when that day comes! (STUPID hobby!)

    @ " I don't think I even have a 462 diode yet" .....very unlikely !
Anyway they will fit in a coffin with no bother at all, ...so you can always "take them with you"!
    Cheers
PS. @ "Some one should tell the Austrians that their declaration has "TMI" issues" ........I think you just did !

I've got projectors with 462 already built in but, I don't think I've actually bought a raw diode. There will be plenty of space in the coffin for stuff since I'm only 5' 3".

Just noticed your "sale" thread Brad, you could pass on the dichro there with no bother ..... anyway I assume from your recent posts that Jordi has a new client in the bag, so you might even get a part exchange deal from him. !
    Cheers
