That's almost to my point. Most citizens are not lawyers or philosophers. I think people will interpret it the way they want. I believe many will interpret as I have shown. Further, I believe it was Trumps intent to pander for his own gain.

I'm also for not discussion only Trump. I said that earlier in the thread, and lately by bringing up Bernie's attitude to BLM and ISIS, and I've discussed abortion, islamic fundamentalism, Hillary, Bernie, and although I believe it was awfully repetitive, anarchism.

Honestly, I haven't payed real close attention to the news lately.

This was 8 months ago and has been mentioned frequently since. No wonder this discussion is kinda one sided.

Truthfully, both *sides* of the argument in this thread are guilty of that. Its funny really.... most of the conversation is mainly 1 dimensional. Its Trumpcentric. Then when someone offers a different idea or ideology they get shot down.

I disagree. Both Ghosttrian and I advocate Trump and have given our reasons repeatedly and defended our choice against multiple criticisms. Much of this criticism has been ad hominem, character attacks. Not all, but a substantial amount. We have had to deal with pages and pages of incoming. If someone wants to promote Hillery...go for it.

Another idea that has been advocated with any vigor has been to not vote at all. This is silly. If it is a waste of time then the act of not voting isn't worth much discussion. Performing a private rebellion might be fun, but isn't going to influence a lot of people. And of course, voting doesn't preclude much of what Jon has advocated.

Anarchism is an interesting idea, but there are a lot of issues that become serious problems when actually implementing this philosophy. That doesn't mean it can't be discussed, but it is going to come under serious criticism.

For a long time, philosophies such political correctness, socialism, radical feminism, radical environmentalism and aggressive anti-western movements have enjoyed protected status in the echo chamber of the media, Washington and Hollywood (this is rapidly changing). Advocates of these philosophies have become soft and uncritical. Their arguments remain vague and when criticized they become insulting as we saw early in this thread. If someone offers a different idea or ideology there is no guarantee they will be supported. Trump hasn't been. Welcome to the club.
