Yes, that's been said before, but so what? Murder and burglary are both evil, but that doesn't make them the same. What is your point? If your candidate is imperfect then you can't vote? If they are flawed, you can't vote? If they are corrupt, but less corrupt than the alternative then you can't vote?

Correct...you SHOULD NOT VOTE for someone with KNOWN questionable character...If the person's morality or ethics are less than yours, why would you give them YOUR VOTE "of approval"? Not that it matters to you, but The United States is a democratic republic. We as the common citizens do not ever vote for wars.

We vote for the people who become part of the government and leave it up to them to do that.
