Going to be good (hilarious) when Trump wins the popular vote too. What will they use to try and get their way then?

This is why this election was so very important. These supporters of Hillary and the current establishment in Washington are what the majority of Americans voted against. Violence and intimidation around the political process is a hallmark of Third world political chaos. We have imported some of it and have encouraged its development with the undermining of the rule of law. Selective prosecution, using the institutions of government as a political weapon and treating some individuals such as Hillary as above the law because of the power of celebrity is WRONG. And, it matters.

We all know...YES WE DO... that if she had won this would not have occurred with the Trump supporters. And, for that reason the left has felt little fear of abusing the other side in so many ways and for so many years.

The future has become much brighter for those that deserve it.

Hillary Clinton won the popular vote and a few million votes went to neither Clinton or Trump. In other words more than 50% of the people who actually bothered to get out and vote were for NOT Trump.

So no, it was not the majority of Americans.

Fine, I'll accept that, but as it was extremely close to half it is important that you fail to address the larger point. Why is that?

Do you condemn this violent protest? Do you agree that there was evidence throughout the campaign that Hillary (and Bernie if not actually Soros) supporters committed violent acts against Trump supporters and despite the biased coverage in the media against Trump there was no comparable violence documented regarding Trump supporters?

When some Republican's tried to get Obama out of the office by challenging his birthplace they were labeled racists. When Democrats riot in the street because they don't like Trump it's all good. I see how it is.

There wouldnt have been violent protests from Trump supporters because regardless of what happened, on November 9th, we had to wake up and GO TO WORK.

The ramifications of this election are truly monumental. If Hillary had won then the processes that many of us have complained about, but have had little influence in stopping would have continued their steady progress since at least the beginning of the last Bush administration and arguably since the beginning of his father's as well.

With a Trump presidency there are likely many changes coming and potentially the greatest is the successful precedent he set that the Republicans do not have to be the only ones that compromise in order to get along. Ryan and McConnell should heed this or better yet...leave.

He also proved that to run and to win against the incumbent, you don't have to be an insider in the opposition party. This bodes well for the future removal of party hacks in both major parties.

He embarrassed the media and reveled the corruption/collusion between the media and the elites. Nice!

The following is my opinion and it is certainly shared by others, but even if it is untrue it still doesn't matter. Voter fraud is a significant problem and is largely a benefit to the Democrats. As the chief law enforcement officer he can repopulate the Federal election commission and permit it/encourage it to do its duty and enforce the law. How will that effect future elections? Hmmm?

The Supreme Court for a generation.

The Wall. He will empower ICE to due it's job.

The FBI and The DOJ, he will empower these agencies to do their jobs. Oh-oh

He will undo the over reaching executive actions that Obama used to circumvent the constitutional checks on presidential power.

I will add to this list in later posts, but the above are direct consequences. The associated increase in the dominance of the Republicans in congress and in Governorship(s) around the county suggests that much of his agenda will be successfully implemented.
