I am horrified Eric, but irrational attacks are your MO, not mine. Please don't project onto others. Oh, and the majority are on MY side, not yours.

Please take your win and stop whining about how dark forces are working against your side when you have Russia candidly working dutifully for yours. Now your side gets to govern without any restrictions. Unemployment is at 4.5%, no? Wars with US troops doing the heavy lifting are at 0, right? Economy has been doing pretty damn well over the past seven years according to my portfolio at least. Good luck to trump on improving these stats. I honestly hope he is successful in this regard.

I wish him luck as well. Despite my criticism of the current administration and those that support it, I do not think you need to be horrified. If you have prospered during a feeble economy with poor, true employment (job participation) then you should do at least as well if the economy improves under his administration. I for one think it will.

Please take your win and stop whining about how dark forces are working against your side when you have Russia candidly working dutifully for yours.
So, now I win like Trump and Putin is my ally. I think I like that. At least it is better than having Putin as my enemy.

Irrational attacks are my MO? Hardly. When someone disagrees with you, they are not by definition wrong or irrational. It might just be you. You say the economy has been doing well based on your portfolio. That is an extremely limited basis for this conclusion. Wage growth and GDP have nearly stagnated in spite of trillions of FED injected money to keep interest rates at near zero. This artificially low interest rate is a large part of what has buoyed the stock market. There is nowhere else to put one's money. This whole area is ripe for discussion and I would be interested in that as well.

Well, investments as a whole have done reasonably well over the past 7 years after a terrible time during the prior administration, but I fully agree with you regarding median wage growth and also agree that the Fed's actions have contributed to investment gains.

At least Trump knows how to run a business. Would be great if
he could do that with his mouth.

Trump got elected because he knows how to run his mouth. What he says is sometimes shocking and appalling yet that was his platform from the beginning. In the first republican debate he said "We don't have time to be politically correct." or something along those lines. His followers, in general, would rather hear the unfiltered truth than the candy coated lies we have been fed for many many years. I can deal with the mouth.

You are using Bonetti's defense against me, ah?

I thought it fitting, considering the rocky terrain.

What Irony? He does know how to run a business.

What talent does a politician bring to governance? What talent would a criminal have brought to politics? What value did the media bring to the political debate? What insight has the violent response to the election given us into the mindset of SOME of the supporters of the DNC? What has the complete failure of the pollsters prior to Brexit and Trump's win told us about about the objectivity or honesty of the polling industry?

The answers are now more obvious than ever before. Cheers!
