kam ilink problem

i bought a used kam ilink green, anyway after i power it up, the pattern looks magnified and blurry, if i tap the outer housing holding the the kam on its side, it will go sharp pinpoint like normal, but if put it flat it will go back to blurry, im thinking perhaps the previous owner tried to clean the laser module inside, ie an earbud in the little hole and maybe it popped something inside, is there inside the little hole a clear piece of optical glass, that might have got poked in.

It sounds like the final collimator lens may have come loose but depending how the lens was fixed in place in the first place will dictate if you will be able to fix it.
A photo may give us a better idea of the situation.

i managed to fix the problem, i removed the little silver cover off the laser module, and noticed the little collimator lens was not in place, i reglued it in refocused beam to mirrors
works perfectly...
