    Default Help with Emma EM-RGB223

Please forgive me if this post is in the wrong forum but hopefully someone with experience will be able to help.

I am a mobile DJ and wanted to add a laser to my light show. I bought the laser named above to be used in my show. It has beautiful beams and comes with built in 2D and 3d animation. It also comes with Ishow and a SD card that contains 1400 additional animations. And here lies the problem. I'm trying to incorporate the animations on the SD card with the built in effects of the laser.

When I put the SD card in the slot in the back of the laser, I'm able to view and play the ILD files. When I see the ones I want, I select the option to "Join Playlist" which I'm assuming means add to playlist. However, when I then select "Playlist" to play them, nothing shows up.

I have tried following the poorly translated manual, and have no experience with iShow. All I want to do is choose the additional files from the SD card and incorporate them with the built in effects of the laser.

If anyone can help guide me through this, I would be very grateful. I apologize for my ignorance but I'm a total newbie. Thanks.

If you put the sd card in your laptop / pc, can you view the files?

If there's a .Txt file check it's content.
It's probably the play list the laser reads.
Add/edit it to change the frames the laser displays.

Make sure you keep a backup of the unedited files somewhere safe though, as I'm just guessing that this'll be the way to go from what others have said regarding sd card operated lasers!

    Good luck!
If in doubt... Give it a clout?

    Hi,
you need select Program from laser screen, open a dir of ilda, and add to your new PLS (playlist)
If you want to add some ilda, go to Program, on left open first your last playlist from dir "pls_dir" and click back and open the dir with your ilda files you want to add.
