    Seen it done before, but still no idea what kind of positioning system is used. Indoor ones from older projects used UV LED grids and cameras for determining the X,Y,Z position of each drone, but the outdoor ones don't have that. And I think GPS is too inaccurate for this.

    I've bookmarked all the videos I could find about drone swarms, but no info on the positioning technology.

    I love it! In the second video, they lose one of the 5 drones at 2:00 and you see a dude run out to grab it.
