    From a quick read...

More paperwork or better record keeping depending on your perspective seems to be talked about a lot. Standard HSE risk assess record.

So planning whats going to happen, when its going to happen, testing that it will happen and what actually happened and documenting it.

Record/ing is mentioned over 20 times, insurance only 3 and 2 of them are in the names of insurance companies.

Some mention on physical masking/beamblocks rather than just BAMs/scanfail.

Audience scanning is ok if planned, measured to be safe and recorded.

The role of the LSO is interesting in that it seems they are the one who says yes or no to whatever effects can be used and seem to be the main one with any power.

Where "the buck stops" seems a bit blurred but it looks similar to CDM regs where everyone is responsible from the client down to the operator.

The rest is like a more detailed HSG95 - know your kit, know what you're doing with it and don't be a dick.

    Not an easy read tho.

    Cheers Mickey
