Default DPSS driver identification, pinout and pot identification

I am struggling with identifying this CNI driver. I would like to know the pinout and POT assignment so that I could reuse this driver to power another DPSS that has no driver anymore.
So if someone recognises this driver, knows the pinout or knows which pot does what I would appreciate it very much.
Before someone asks, yes I already contacted CNI and they don't seem to be able (or want to) to help me.

    I already have the pinout:
    pin function
    1 LDTEC(-)
    2 null
    3 LDTEC(+)
    4 null
    5,6,7,8 LD(+)
    9 LDRT
    10 LDRT
    11 null
    12,13,14,15 LD(-)

    TEC specs: Imax = 3A, Tmax = 67°C, Vmax=7V, Qcmax=15W
    NTC:10K/25℃ negative temperature coefficient
    diode: Imax=4A, Vmax=2V

Now we need to know the POT assignments and what the two white connectors do.
So if someone could shine some light on this it would be very much appreciated.

What does LDRT mean ? The NTC connections ?
