Default Trying to ID 5.6mm 660nm diode

I have a very dead diode from my Coherent Cube and am looking for a replacement. The laser is 660nm and nominally rated at 100mW output, so I'm guessing it will be a ~120mW diode. The can is a 5.6mm and is marked CE 3E 2700.
Anyone have any idea who makes it?

I,m pretty sure its an Ushio (opnext). Depending on pin configuration its either the HL65051DG or the HL6545MG. The marrking on the side is possibly a coherent nr. Its a 660nm with 100mw wich is relatively low power. You could even fit a in a 638nm at 180mw
