Yup. I bought it on Craigslist. Only had 4 dives logged on it from 2000! But it was cheap and worked for my first DC. I think it's the original Cobra and not the 2 or 3.

We all went out on the boat together, but a few of us at the start of the week did a couple AOW certification dives.. like where you go to 100 feet and crack the egg and look at the color bars and take the math test. I think it was Brad, Jonathan, Brian, Nisha, and Matt. I don't remember how many of these AOW dives we did until we all started diving together.

Given that Subsurface was written by Linus Torvalds and Dirk Hondel, there are some really messed up UI/UX things that are driving me absolutely bonkers. Maybe they're good back-end guys, but the user interface really needs help.

I have to say, this trip to Bonaire sounds amazing! Flights out of Charleston are under $800 right now. Hmmmm.

Anyone else thinking about going diving in early December? Only way I could do this would be to share a room with someone, but if I'm not in Kentucky that week I could do this trip!

Cool! I'm more than happy to have one or more PL friends as dive buddies on this trip as opposed to diving with a crew of people I don't know or trust. That would just amplify the fun factor for sure.

But I have one disclaimer: Anytime that we're not diving, I'll be spending with the wife at the beach, the bar, the pool, or exploring the island, etc. She needs this vacation much more than I do!! (Heck, I just spent almost the entire month of August driving around east of the Mississippi doing fun stuff while she stayed home working on a book deadline). So a little bit of non-diving-PL-buddy time is fine, but I'd really have to keep it limited. I'm sure you guys can understand.

Found some photos from 2017 on my old iPhone, as well as one video from Skid Row (inside).

    Ha ha.

That was me trying to convince my wife and her daughter that we were hanging out with Andy Samberg in Utila.

    It didn't work.

You shouldn't need deets to plan for it. People should just plan for it regardless. The deets are merely minor details.

Ok, we might not need deets, but we do need dates!
