GRN05GT, have you used the driver installation app they link to from the startup page?
I had to run that on my Win10 machine before it would work

You are using Bonetti's defense against me, ah?
I thought it fitting, considering the rocky terrain.
Who did you communicate with ????
They just ignore my emails as do Indiegogo and the voucher code they supplied makes no difference to the new,new sales price on the WL web page.
Furthermore I HAVE BEEN LOCKED OUT OF THEIR FULL SITE and they do not supply me with new password via email. If I try to reregister they say that my email is already registered as another user. !!!
The first time I purchased from them (years ago) they charge my card TWICE and it took weeks to arrange refund through my bank.
I got an apology email months later and since then only SPAM.
When I received an email offering Laserdock @ $199 I followed the link to Indiegogo but price was $299, I bit the bullet so as to have nice Christmas present for my grandson...then waited .... next up was email from Indiegogo with link and discount offer code ... link took me to Wicked Laser page and price is now $399 and 25% offer code does NOT change this price tag.
WL customer services never answer my emails..... so my experience is exactly the opposite.
Perhaps you could ask them to contact me if they take notice of your emails.

You could try posting on their subreddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/LaserDock
LaserShowGen - Freemium Laser show editor and player: www.photonlexicon.com/forums/showthread.php/23004-ildaGen-ILDA-file-creation-tool
Helios - Low cost, open source DAC: http://www.photonlexicon.com/forums/...e-low-cost-DAC
Thanks for link .....will try that now ....whole experience is fully documented ....just a question of compiling chronology to state case clearly.

Great Godzilla on a pogo stick - This thang is amazing!!
Ordered the dongle on Monday and it arrived in Michigan on Thursday.
Just finished installing it on my Mac, works really, really well.
A powerful new tool in our kit bag.
Very, very impressed.
Now to try the dongle with Maxwell...

I got my Laserdock dongle a few days ago about a week after ordering it. I had to install a generic driver (for Windows 7) and then dig for a while on the Reddit site to find a working Visualizer application for Windows, but after that, everything was working well. I'm really impressed how immediately usable this was and think that it holds a lot of promise for folks that just want to sit down and watch something timed to music without having to do any work. I've already sent in a list of enhancement requests and received a quick response from the developers saying many were already in progress and that they are reviewing the others. All-in-all, I think this is a great product with a positive looking future.

"Help, help, I'm being repressed!"
Thanks for your PM which have responded to just now!
I will try a new email to b2b as you suggest ...but not holding my breath for a reasonable answer!

Posted last night to the Reddit thread, wicked replied back with a link to install driver support. Followed the instructions and all is good!
Connected to my cheap, TTL no name projector and it works just fine. Most images look pretty good, some not so much. I'm sure this is the combo of TTL and 10K or so scan speed. Still very pleased though! Going through the different visualizers and using sound input from my laptop mic, reaction was still pretty good. I will try this weekend to take and post some video of this combo working, just so people with this type of projector can know to what expect to see. Not as good as the videos out there with analog pj's, but still nice none the less.
People can go to the Reddit page and see the "Windows 7 driver issue" thread, or this is the reply from wicked:

Let me know if this works: Download this http://zadig.akeo.ie/
Connect laserdock
Open zadig
Choose Laserdock Interface 0
Choose libusbK as driver
Click install.
Repeat 3-5 for interface 1 and 2
Hope this helps someone out there.
