The guy that need to prep the paint and sprayment promised a month but even after a year it wasnn,t finished. Took it to a car spray company and payed a shitload of money on top of what i already payed to the "hobbyist". Bottomline is that people are friendly and want to help you but they are just to busy with the normal things in life.

Indeed but it is by no means a hobby, just we are all busy with our machines doing other work. Just because we have two CNC Mills running flat out does not imply we are hobbyists. it is that which was my point. If I need to run off 100 exyra parts for myself now, I could not do it at the moment because of existing long term jobs. The best thing to do is to invest in a small mill, you can get a reasonable one for 5,000 - 10,000 euro's which will be accurate enough to do what you need. Of course you also need to learn how to use it which will take some months, maybe years and after you end up in a position of it was better to be patient, or pay the higher prices for faster service.

    Cheers

Speaking of being busy with the normal things in life, this thread reminded me - http://www.photonlexicon.com/forums/...n-Quad-Red-Kit

How is the updated replacement for this style module coming along since you requested I ship it back to you to correct a stated design flaw quite some time ago?
