Like everything else... It depends on what you want to do.
Of the scopes mentioned some are digital and some analog. Both have advantages and dis-advantages. Tek is a fine brand. I use my THS720 all the time. It is about the size of a hard bound book, runs on a battery, captures almost anything and is easy to use. On top of that, It came from eBay cheap.
HP is the other most common choice (but not the only). Some scopes, especially newer HP's are a lot more like a fancy PC than a scope. They're great, but some of them have no "real time feel".
