Sharplan 1100 CO2 Laser

I recently acquired a working Sharplan 1100.



It came with a small tank of tri-mix gas, but eventually I will need a refill.

Does anyone know the proper proportions of He, H2, CO2 and other gases that are compatible with this laser?
